Join us for a relaxed, guided Wine & Cheese Pairing Night curated by Cork & Courier.
This experience is designed to be approachable, social, and fun. No wine expertise required! Guests will enjoy tasting pours of four thoughtfully curated wines, paired with a selection of cheeses and accompaniments, all guided in a way that encourages conversation rather than formality.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore a playful “What Kind of Wine Night Are You?” quiz, helping guests connect their preferences to different wine styles in a way that’s lighthearted and inclusive. The focus is on discovering what you like, sharing opinions, and enjoying good wine in good company.
Whether you’re a seasoned wine drinker or just curious, this experience is meant to feel welcoming, engaging, and easy.
These are the whites you open when you want more than “cold and refreshing.” Each bottle has shape: acidity that makes food taste better, texture that feels intentional, and a finish that actually lingers.
Seafood nights, pasta nights, snack boards
Hosts who want a “safe crowd-pleaser” that still feels curated

Essay Chenin Blanc (2024) (Chenin-led blend with Viognier + Roussanne)
The Essay Chenin Blanc offers a balance of bright acidity and soft texture. Aromatic and expressive, it opens with notes of pineapple, pear, lychee, and subtle florals. On the palate, tropical fruit and melon are supported by a lightly creamy mouthfeel and a fresh, clean finish.
Punzi Pinot Grigio
A classic Italian white wine known for its crisp, clean profile and refreshing acidity. Pale straw in color, it delivers fresh orchard fruit, citrus, and delicate floral notes. Light-to-medium bodied with a smooth, balanced finish, this Pinot Grigio is bright without being sharp.
Pair with: seafood, simple salads, sushi, light pasta, aperitif moments (i.e. a glass while you are cooking).
Sartarelli Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico (vintage on sheet: 2023)
A mineral-driven Italian white wine made from 100% Verdicchio. Fresh and expressive, it features aromas of white peach, citrus, and subtle herbs. The palate is crisp and savory with bright acidity and a signature almond-tinged finish typical of high-quality Verdicchio.
Pair with: seafood, risotto, fried fish, veggies, picnic foods.
Miguel Torres “Cordillera” Chardonnay (2022) – Limarí Valley
A coastal Chilean Chardonnay from the Limarí Valley, known for its calcareous soils and cool maritime climate. Aromatic and layered, this wine offers citrus, floral notes, and hints of lychee, with a creamy yet fresh palate. Subtle oak aging adds texture without overpowering the wine’s natural acidity and mineral character.
Pair with: trout, smoked salmon, baked fish, seafood, or go fancy with caviar.
A curated selection of four Italian red wines from four distinct regions, each chosen for its balance, drinkability, and connection to place. These are wines made for real meals and real moments — no overthinking required.
Giovanna Ciacci Sant’Antimo DOC Rosso (2020)
Tenuta di Collosorbo — Tuscany
A warm, elegant Tuscan red made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. This wine is smooth and structured, with depth from time spent aging in French barriques. It reflects southern Tuscany’s sun-soaked landscape while staying balanced and approachable — a great choice for cozy dinners or slow weekend meals
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC “Cua Rusa” (Current Vintage)
Emilio Vada — Piedmont
A classic expression of Nebbiolo from Italy’s Langhe region. Bright ruby in color with notes of raspberry, rose, and violet, this wine is lively, slightly dry, and beautifully harmonious. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it offers a more approachable side of Nebbiolo that’s perfect for food and conversation alike.
Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC (Current Vintage)
Saverio Faro — Sicily
Sicily’s combination of sunshine and coastal breezes gives this Nero d’Avola its bold flavor and velvety feel. Ripe fruit, subtle spice, and an easy balance make it flavorful without feeling heavy.
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC (Current Vintage)
Umani Ronchi — Abruzzo
From a region known for everyday, food-friendly wines, this Montepulciano is fresh, smooth, and endlessly drinkable. Balanced structure and soft tannins make it a natural fit for pasta nights and casual dinners.
The Classic Box makes an impression without the fuss. Two wines, perfect to gift or serve with holiday meals.
Maria Casanovas Brut de Brut Cava (Spain)
Crisp, dry, and delightful, this sparkling wine has notes of citrus, white peach, and apple blossom. Aged for depth and complexity, it’s the kind of bottle that instantly elevates any occasion with pure, refreshing bubbles. What we love: no sugar added after fermentation, resulting in a very dry taste.
Château La Mothe du Barry Bordeaux Supérieur (France)
Round, supple, and softly structured, this 100% Merlot offers layers of dark fruit, velvety tannins, and a hint of chocolate on the finish. Grown on limestone-clay slopes, it’s a soulful red that pairs beautifully with roast meats, hearty winter dishes, or a cozy night in. What we love: An Organic wine by a female wine maker.
