The Presto is a 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. Sauvignon Gris adds a herbal, mineral edge to the wine. This wine is wild fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Its’ bright and citrusy with nectarine, a hint of grassy Sauvignon Blanc character. You can taste the French summer sunshine in every glass.
Drink it with anything from the sea. Think shrimp tacos, oysters, or fresh goat cheese salad.
